  ただし、作者名 子子(SHI-SHI) を明記し、加工・改変・再配布は禁止とします。

• 二次創作（ファンアート・ファングッズなど）を行う場合は、常識の範囲内でお願いいたします。
  不安な場合は、事前にご相談ください。

 

【2】商用・営利目的での利用について

• 作品を 販売・収益化・広告・配信素材などに利用する場合 は、必ず 事前にご連絡・ご相談ください。

• 無断での商用利用・グッズ化・企業依頼への流用は禁止です。

• 公式ガイドライン等で利用が認められている場合のみ、一部ご相談に応じられることがあります。

【3】禁止事項

以下の行為は固くお断りいたします。

• 無断転載・無断使用・自作発言（トレース・模倣含む）

• 加工・改変・合成・AI学習素材としての使用

• 公序良俗に反する目的での利用

• 他者を誹謗・中傷・攻撃する目的での利用

• イラスト・文章・写真をまとめサイト・AI生成サイト・販売プラットフォームなどに転載する行為

【4】著作権と権利について

• すべての作品の 著作権は 子子(SHI-SHI)が保持しています。

• 作品を使用する際に クレジット表記が必要な場合 は、「© 子子(SHI-SHI)」または「Illustration by 子子(SHI-SHI)」とご記載ください。

• 作品の使用許可を得た場合でも、著作権の譲渡は行っておりません。

【5】違反が確認された場合の対応

• 無断利用・無断商用利用などが確認された場合、使用停止の要請および相当額の利用料（通常依頼時の最大金額の2倍相当）を請求させていただく場合があります。

• 悪質な場合や損害が生じた際には、法的措置を検討させていただくことがあります。

【6】その他

• 制作や投稿に関する内容・画像・文章は、予告なく修正・削除される場合があります。

• 本ガイドラインは、すべての閲覧者・利用者に適用されます。

Guidelines for the Use of Works and Posts

This guideline outlines the standards for handling all creative works produced and published by SHI-SHI (子子), including illustrations, designs, photographs, writings, and social media posts.
All copyrights belong to SHI-SHI (子子).

[1] Personal Use

You may use my works for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as SNS icons, headers, or wallpapers.
Please include the author’s name “SHI-SHI (子子)”, and do not edit, modify, or redistribute the works.

Fan creations (fan art, fan-made goods, etc.) are welcome within reasonable bounds.
If you are unsure whether your use is appropriate, please contact me in advance.

[2] Commercial or For-Profit Use

If you wish to use my works for commercial purposes — including sales, monetization, advertising, or streaming materials —
you must contact me for permission in advance.

Unauthorized commercial use, merchandise production, or inclusion in corporate projects is strictly prohibited.
In special cases, permission may be granted only when explicitly allowed by official guidelines.

[3] Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly forbidden:

• Unauthorized reproduction, use, or claiming my works as your own (including tracing or imitation)

• Editing, modification, composition, or use as AI learning/training material

• Use for any offensive, defamatory, or unethical purposes

• Use to insult, attack, or harass others

• Reposting illustrations, text, or photos on aggregation sites, AI-generation sites, or sales platforms

[4] Copyright and Rights

All works are protected under copyright law and are owned by SHI-SHI (子子).

When credit is required, please include:
“© SHI-SHI (子子)” or “Illustration by SHI-SHI (子子)”.

Permission to use a work does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership.

[5] In Case of Violations

If unauthorized or commercial use is confirmed, I may request the immediate removal of the material and charge a usage fee up to twice the standard commission rate.

In severe cases or when damages occur, legal action may be taken.

[6] Other Notes

Content, images, and text related to my works or posts may be modified or deleted without prior notice.
This guideline applies to all viewers and users of my works.
